Do you handle refrigerant removal from refrigerators and AC units?
Absolutely! Our technicians are trained and certified to recover refrigerants (Freon) from refrigerators, freezers, and air conditioners in a safe and environmentally responsible manner. This prevents harm to the environment and is in accordance with the Rules & Regulations of the EPA. Simply let us know what needs to be removed when you make your appointment.

Do you recycle appliances?

Can you remove appliances from upstairs or the basement?
Yes! Our teams are equipped and experienced to handle stairs, tight spaces, and hard-to-reach access areas. We’ll work our way through your appliances from the second floor, basement, or attic, in homes with or without elevators.
Do I need to disconnect my appliance before you arrive?
For safety and efficiency:
- Refrigerators/freezers: Please empty and defrost at least 24 hours before our arrival. We’ll handle disconnection.
- Washers/dryers: Please disconnect water and power lines. We’ll handle the rest.
- Dishwashers: Typically installed under counters, we can disconnect it, but please ensure the power is off.
- Stoves/ranges: Please disconnect gas or power lines before we arrive.
Do you offer same-day appliance removal?
Yes! In most areas, call us by 12 PM for same-day service. Book online for next-day availability. Emergency same-day appointments are also possible, just ask!

How do I dispose of a microwave?
Countertop microwaves are simple; just unplug them, and we’ll take them. Built-in microwaves sometimes require taking them out of the cabinetry. We do both. Same-day service is available.

Yes! Stackable pieces aren’t a problem. Our team can safely separate them if necessary and take both. Just tell us they’re stackable when booking.
